Note: As you may have noticed, the dance year fees have increased. The dance committee did not make this decision lightly; however, certain factors guided our decision. The dance group does not receive regular funding from the community and with the growing need to replace damaged costume pieces, the purchase of additional costumes for inclusive sizing, as well as the purchase of new costumes, teaching materials, conferences justified our decision. We also decided to increase the fees based on the growing demands on the instructors throughout the year that pertain to prep time, research, administrative duties, and fundraising initiatives. All fees, donations, and fundraising initiatives are re-invested into the group, and our instructors are dedicated volunteers who have also paid for dance-related items out of pocket.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the fee increase, please email us at romiosynidancegroup@gmail.com.
*Due to the number of registrants, the junior division may be split into two divisions (junior and intermediate). A new date and time will be given for the additional division.
Individuals who register after the week of October 9th, 2024 will only qualify to attend practices for “recreational” purposes (non-performance).
- Dancers must be registered prior to attending practice.
- E-transfers must be sent to: romiosynidancegroup@gmail.com.
- Ensure that you type in the name of the dancer in the note of the e-transfer.
